Doc's right,

Solani 633 is exceptional.

I have a tin going right now.

Also have a tin of Sam Gaws St. James Flake going as a compliment to it.

Both are splendid,,,,,,,,,,,,,and sooooooooooooooooo different.

I also woul suggest Laurel Flake,,,,,,,,,,but it looks like that one has gone away,,at least for now.

I have six tins of Laurel Flake and will share them with geek & afro , axe and they shall receive.

It's good to be capo.

GL Pease Stratford, Mike. It's not new, but it's a fine example for the Va/Per.

I'd say consider Dorchester and Astley's 109, both excellent Va's. 109 is a very well mannered german made medium bodied flake with a slight sweetness to it and Dorchester is a shag cut Vaper with an amazing fig-like tin aroma and excellent flavor profile Very Happy

Thank you for the suggestions gentleman. Just what I was looking for. The more and more I think about it, I might break BAB's down to two baby Bab's. One starting in the West, the other in the East. One Virginia, Virginia Perique and the other English and Aromatic(?) or maybe English, Cigars. We shall see.

Due to Alfredo's kindness I have been smoking Pease Cumberland and it is really good! I wouldn't mind seeing some of it in a pass!

I'm in,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,of course!

Two boxes going in reverse direction sounds cool but logistically difficult for Mike,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,NAH!

I like Jasons idea of two boxes of MIXED English/va's. Gives more options for each handoff. Plus opportunities for "paybacks." he he he

Watch out for PB,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,get him guys!

I will have a different strategy this year. I will hold the box for the set number of days, smoke samples, trade tins for tins. My "adds" over and beyond trades will be "samples" only.

Give me some ideas of what yall would like to sample,,,,,,,,,,,,besides my Dunhill's.

No soup for Kramer. He's on a diet,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,as soon as the Super Bowl is over and the cheese heads loose.

Expect rusty tins from the Tin Man!

lol! 'n @ afro

I'm excited about this year's pass. Learned a lot in the past year and have some good things to add this year.

I usually keep the oil can handy but I will be careful not to let any of the rusty ones slip into the box Smile.

By the way Mike, what is the general time frame for this box pass? I may be on the road for a few days during our spring break, which is the week of March 16-22. If the box is passed to me that week, maybe I can work something out with afro , since he is just down the street from me.

Gotta' refill that oil can now . . . . . .

Tin Man, see the post for the Pass. I am sure we can work around your schedule without any difficulty.
