I agree with Muddler...Rad's work is both beautiful and, by all reports, well engineered. My local B & M has several of his pipes for sell that I've looked at. One of these days....

The sand blast job on that pipe is better than oo-mox.

Rad did a nearly identical pipe the week before ... and it happens to be hanging from my mouth right now! BoB members clearly have cornered the market. I've always wanted a Castello #55, but I'm mostly a NAC collector so I was delighted to find this.

I had Mark Tinsky do his version of it too, with sunrise finish on a cross-grain.

Carlos, when I saw that pipe I thought for sure you'd buy it. Turns out I was right.

I thought about buying it myself, I liked it so much. I love that shape. I find the 55 to be a wonderful smoker and I'll be that pipe will be terrific.

Really great pipe!

I love that it is canted backwards. I have never understood why someone would want a canted pipe. Seems like it would just encourage rim burn. Esp if you let it hang a bit from your mouth.

This pipe is just the opposite and would reduce rim burn. Plus - great blast.
