Down here we call it Copperhead Road, I don't know what you guys would call it up there running pipe tobacco! Sounds like there could be a market for it though!

My experience, so far, is that with small sample exchanges "declared" presents no problem for customs. I have not been dinged on such things. Likely, it is hardly the worth to bother with by the authorities.

But I wouldn't risk having the "box pass" come my way.

I'd be in bankruptcy.
