Superb!!!!!! Does Dr. Fred Hanna know you have that Marcovitch?????? It's his favorite blend. He shared some with us at a recent pipe show and it's certainly a smooth, classic English blend from years gone by. Great nostalgia and thanks for posting. See you in Vegas.

Thank you guys, and thanks Doc!
I was greatly intrigued by Mr. Hanna's story about this blend, but I never really thought I would come across any.
I would like to know how old these tins are.
And I will see you in Vegas!
Chris.

According to what I've read, it went out of production in the late 70's.

I started off admiring those beautiful pipes, but then I spotted the Marcovitch! Are those empty tins or is that the real stuff? Either way, very nice, sir Harlock. Very nice indeed!

They are unopened, believe it or not! cheers
I have no idea if the contents have been compromised though.

UNOPENED?! Shocked

I hope the contents isn't compromised. Sounds like you need to assemble some BoBs and have a Marcovitch-athon to find out. I know some folks who might like to attend... Wink
