sorry for the lower-case spelling but i'm only able to use my right hand. i posted previously that i almost severed my finger, well things got worse. i had tendon damage and severed a nerve. now two days post-op, my hand and wrist are still in a cast and immobilized. i do have some nice pain killers. cheers

adding insult to injury i am not allowed to imbibe adult beverages and "she-who-must-be-obeyed" will not let me smoke. so, smoke a bowl for me and enjoy your weekend

This thread is worthless without proper capitalization. Razz

The dang missus won't pour you a drink, or at least give you a sippy cup? Booo! Wait, mixing pain meds and drink--bad. You're just drinking in pill form. Think of it that way. Cool You'll figure out a way to get a pipe, I'm sure of it. Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Glad you're on the mend, Martin. Cool

Bro M.
Just take care of yourself.

You can use one hand on a cigar. Just a thought.

Whatever you do, when she gives you orders, do not salute. Or you will knock yourself out. Laughing

My very best. But given the damage that you describe, it does seem as if your hand will be mostly functional, with rehab, in time, no?

Speedy recovery, but lay off the pipe for some time.

Tobacco is counter-productive for re-attaching (almost)severed body parts - you are much more likely to reject them.
I can't remember the source of that info, sry.

If my "she-who-must-be-obeyed" says anything about my pipe this weekend,.....I am doing it for Martin.

Good to have you on the forum. Godspeed on the recovery.

Dude! That sounds awful! Hope you're on the mend quickly.

SWMBO has rehearsals most days so a stolen bowl way outdoors might be the ticket! Laughing Twisted Evil

I sincerly hope that your hand heals without nerve damage and that you get full use back. There will be plenty of time to smoke & drink later. Focus on getting better.
