Aha! I remember that one. I figured there was more silliness about people's great experiences. I figure Borkum Riff would become a cult classic with everyone having to try it at least once, come up with some inspired writ and wit, and write it down for eternity on TR.com. There's some flowery mothereffers out there that have cracked me up with their stories and tales of the hallowed BR.

I think there's another BR Whiskey review "thread" that people have contributed to. I swear I've read them, and laughed. Anyone have a link to that thread where Boxerbuddy "reviewed" 1792 (I think it was?) Where he lit it, cursed at it, threw the pipe and whole tin in a fire, cursed at it more, threw a nuke at it, cursed it again? That had me in tears.

I can't open the link you posted from work, but I can say that if it's BR Whiskey you're looking at, there are two threads for it on TR.com for some reason, and the other one has a substantial number of replies, many of the hilarious.
BR whiskey has more 1 star reviews on that site than any of the thousands of blends on the site. It truly stands feet and ankles below any other baccy. |

P&C.com recently started offering a sampler pack of BR, so you can be tortured by not one, but all of the pouches in a single order--that was the link. Insidious plan, P&C.com. Insidious.

It looks like Blackhorse's review is no longer there. At least not via the link on this thread.

Hmmm... it seems some bored TR moderator simply deleted it. I think BH made another category for it somehow, and I don't think they bothered moving his brilliant work.
