| I am a hat guy, one could say. I have four I routinely wear, unfortunately on two are here on base with me. I have the one in my avatar, it's an oilcloth baseball cap with leather brim. I got it in Ireland, last time I was there. Then an oil cloth driving cap (or flat cap), and a black wool stevedore cap As here.
And one of my favorites, a custom made fur felt fedora, made by Gary White.

| I wear a broad rimmed tan canvas almost every day. I hate sunscreen. The hat and I have an understanding... it keeps the sun off me, I keep it reasonably clean. So far the relationship has worked for 14 - 16 years. I kinda lost track a few years ago. No baseball caps for me. |

| I just took a look at this thread again, and I love that it's gotten so popular. I think it's cool that so many men were nice hats. Here is a picture of my little guy, who's taken a real fancy to my everyday fedora. It's a cheapy, and he looks a lot better in it than daddy.  |
