Huzzah!

My celebration is tempered with caution--the DC ban was among the nation's most restrictive and categorical; there's no telling what it means for gun restriction legislation in general. (But here's hoping NYC's draconian restrictions will fall under the current ruling.)

Some of the Chicago suburbs have these stupid laws banning handgun ownership,
were you to shoot an intruder committing a burglary you would be charged with a crime for owning a gun. Mad Mad Mad
I'm glad there still exists some common sense somewhere in this country. Smile Smile
