For light-duty work, like clearing pre-drilled holes in wood, I've gotten away with using a tap handle.

Failing that, search Amazon for "hand drill".

Harbor Freight provided me with a palm drill at the local store, but I can't find the sucker. Was kind of a metal disc with a chuck on it. This is an old-school version of it...



Works pretty good for cleanin' out airways in shanks (and getting the width just right). Wish I could find it... I don't think they sell them anymore. Might have to make one.
