Has to be the Portland Rich's, and I've never even heard of that blend before. Nice.

If it's one of Steve Books blends it's good for sure.

It isn't one of Steve Book's blends. It is a straight forward and surprisingly satisfying mild english blend.

Looks like FF and I had the same idea with that one. Laughing

It's a darn good blend if I do say myself.
The postal service is being extremely mad considering our area just went under a "blizzard" warning.

That is a fantastic cache of tobacco. I'm a big fan of Ready Player One, too.

Nice show, bombers.

From the sounds of it, the destruction isn't over. With the hold-overs at various destinations, there could well be another round tomorrow!

Shocked

Mad Postal Worker? Indeed. This their season to go postal.

Last month Greyson, this month Bilbo-kaiser (Bilzer)...bombed during evil Winter weather and postal workers getting issued their Christmas side arms. No one said that war was pretty.

I think IL is also the international postal designation for Italy! Maybe it's in Milan, ITALY!?!?

Oh to be fair to Des Moines we did just have the first blizzard of the season come through and the roads are nowhere near all cleared yet. In front of the house is all ice and snow.

Okay okay pics will go up in the morning but here is a list. I got anxious once all the kiddos passed out and cut open all the boxes. Here's the inventory.

Random:
A deck of Playboy playing cards- upon investigation they are PG-13 not R, yet still awesome
A rugby sock which is a family tradition for a stocking of one of our brothers families (not telling who because I think it had an odor....kidding of course)
A bottle of "The Kaiser" Lager
Weber's Guide to pipes and pipe smoking by...Weber
A Bombardier pint glass

Pipe accessories:
5 packs of pipe cleaners
An epic hand made Robin Hood tamper

Snuff:
2- 1.15oz containers of Garrett Scotch snuff
1.15oz Lorillard Scotch snuff

Tin toby:
2oz Black Swan festive blend
2oz Sextant
2oz C&D Christmas Blend
2oz C&D Founding Fathers
2oz C&D Irish Blessing
2 100g McClelland Christmas Cheer
100g Frog Morton
50g Hamborger Veermaster
50g Sam G Balkan Flake
1.5oz Sutliff Blend 5
1.5oz Sutliff Field Master

Samples and Bulk:
Nosferatu
Bald Headed Teacher
Seachest, which is a brothers creation
Oriental Dusk
Dark Horse
PS English Luxury
C&D Haunted Bookshop
Cigar Connoisseur Elizabethan Mixture

Pipes:
Savinelli Saturnia 626
MM MacArthur bent
MM MacArthur straight

I "think" that concludes the list for these boxes. Seriously, what the heck did I do to you people to deserve this. It's like an early Christmas and I think my own kiddos would be jealous if they had been awake for me opening all these boxes. I definitely have to make a run into Farm & Fleet tomorrow for more canning jars for all these samples. This is completely insane. Thank you all so very much brothers. These bombings are flippin' brutal, I have no clue how to say thank you for all this in any way that even seems remotely appropriate.

That glass of whiskey in the first pic: did you pour yourself a drink, or is that a photo on the calendar? Razz
