That is neat.

Hard to imagine living in one. My kids bedrooms almost that big.

Of course we have way too much stuff.

I've always loved those tiny houses. Considering my hobby-hoarding nature and claustrophobia, I'd consider building one as a smoking den (or a very glorified pipe rack). Laughing

That is seriously cool! I know I could live in something like that and be totally happy. I stayed in a yurt for an extended time once and loved it. If I had a bit of land somewhere, I would love to own something like this. My house is a little over 1200sq ft, but I would guess we only use about 400 - 600sq ft of it. A lot of it is just wasted space.

People wonder why I skip motels and tents and crawl in the back of my 4Runner for backwoods rest: in my youth I found the hatchback space of a 1978 Corolla wasn't such a bad setup. Even a really nice, spacious prison is still a prison. Locate a shack just right and it becomes a castle.

Cool, as long as you don't factor in price per square foot. Shocked

With a second one attached as a bathroom (toilet, shower, sink), it'd be awesome if you were single. Weekly housekeeping = sub 10 minutes.

My grandma did something similar without the wheels. Got one of the pre fab sheds then insulated and painted it to turn it into a guest house.

Now we're gettin' into "mini-mansion" stuff...like living in a dollhouse...just keep adding layers... Laughing

...hey, reduced cleaning time sounds good to me: my dream house has livable space of about 1,000 square feet, with 3,000 square feet of shop space, garage an storage. Laughing

Man, now I feel better knowing I'm not the only one who has considered doing that.

Seriously, I could live in one of those!
