Began the day with a fine bowl of OGS in my estate Savinelli Oscar Lucite 316 Rhody.

Started breaking in my Tinsky '12 Christmas Dark Blast with some PA late morning.

Rubbed out some ODF and had that mid afternoon in an estate Savinelli mid afternoon.

Have some P&W #78 drying for after supper, as well as Stonehead for dessert.

bom

Cheers,

RR

Earlier it was a couple bowls of FMOTT in a LaRocca
followed by Chelsea Morning in an unknown clay full bent (damn thing stinks like hell for an hour after smoking),
then Edwards Honey Bucc in a GBD Billiard.

Right now it's Carter Hall in a cob

R-Blend/Painter Hills combo in a Lepeltier Burley. Not my favorite pipe, in part because I need to pack it fairly loose to get a good smoke, which also means a pretty quick smoke, and also because 1) it's on the heavy side, difficult to clench continously & 2) the glazed clay bowl gets really hot. On a cold day like today, when I'm wearing gloves anyway, though, that bowl works as a nice hand warmer!
