PostSubject: Bombed From Alaska!!   Tue Apr 23, 2013 4:33 pm

Well some time back Fatman sent me a sample of SG Perfection to sample. I thoroughly enjoyed it and as he and I began discussing blends he said he would send me a sample of FMC and FMOTT, which I had been curious about but had never tried. Well, I got a small box in the mail today from Alaska. I knew it was from Fatman, but when I picked up the box I immediately became suspicious. It was HEAVY!! When I got home I popped open the box and discovered some VERY GENEROUS samples of all sorts of tobacco!

(sorry for the crappy phone pic)

FVF (well aged)
PS Bullseye
PS Luxury Twist
Old Gowrie
Esoterica Brighton
1792 Flake
FMOTT
FMC

Seriously he said samples but this is a dad-gum smorgasbord!! There must be at least an ounce of each blend, some are probably 2 oz "samples."

A BIG thanks to Fatman for his unsolicited generosity!

Wow. Awesomely generous bomb. Nice work Fatman! Very Happy

Jesse, be sure to report back on the Brighton. I am always curious to hear about the other/lesser known Esoterica blends.

I'm not sure you can call those "samples"... It looks like he just dumped full tins into baggies Very Happy

That's awesome!

All too true! Some of these said "samples" barely fit into half pint jars.

As far as the Brighton, I had to look up the description:

"A notably smooth blend of six Virginia tobaccos, light in color and taste, soft and satisfying."

Sounds right up my alley. I'm going to try it first! cheers
