First bowl of Navigator Empty
PostSubject: First bowl of Navigator   First bowl of Navigator EmptyMon Apr 29, 2013 9:18 am

So I tried my very first bowl of Navigator, which was good, but it certainly didn't knock my socks off. This might have been my first go 'round with a flake, I can't remember if I smoked any flake tobacco when I use to smoke a pipe 15 years ago. But anyway I did like how slow burning it was and that it stayed lit fairly well. Hopefully I'll begin to really enjoy this blend the more I smoke.

Navy flakes/mixtures aren't exactly at the very top of my list as far as types of blends (not exactly at the bottom, either, though), but based on a sample of Navigator I received recently, this would be near the top of genre for me. If nothing else, I thought it was worth buying a bit of to stick away and revisit once it's had some age put on it.
