What did you think? We just opened a bottle and I gotta say I am way less than impressed. Very Very estery with hints of something that isn't quite pleasant on the nose. Very sour and off putting taste and really no mouth feel at all.

It's not quite as bad as Rogue's Donut beer. I really hate dumping a $13 bottle of beer down the drain......but, there she goes.

I recall a Sweet Young Thing for saying she would never tote store bought beer and that said suds would never pass her luscious lips.

Whoever she is lucky the elderly have failing memories.

Should you come across her, is she blushing?

Well.....I do remember saying that (I'm not old enough, yet, to start forgetting things). But, I don't blush easily.

Scotty, I haven't had that one but I have to ask, are you a fan of sours? Brettanomyces is a challenging yeast to work with that's for sure and sometimes it will yield some very unexpected results, even in the hands of very skilled brewers. As much as I would like to try brewing some farm style ales, I have decided that it's best to not have it in my home brewery setup.

Women are always old enough for selective memory loss -- in my experience, anyway.

Generally my husband will drink anything and this he dumped down the drain. He doesn't mind sours at all. There is just way too much going on in this beer for it to be drinkable. And then you throw in the wiskey barrel aging and it's way too much.
