You did good there Harry, very nicely formed stummel, not an easy shape to work I can attest to that much, tried one and binned it, totally messed it up but you got it going on Buddy, bravo. cheers

BC - Now this one is special. I think nothing is more difficult than the simplicity of classic shapes. This little beauty has exactly what I think is the right feel. The large forward canted bowl so at odds with the slender stem that it makes the bowl seem larger and more delicate...like a soap bubble hanging at the end of a blow pipe. Only the perfect geometry could create the effect. It's really quite wonderful.

And you wouldnt believe the high anxiety as you keep filing away the briar with every thrust of the file in my head I could hear myself pray " please don't cut into the air way" cause it always seems like you have taken enough off but in reality there always seems to be more wood to remove
