Well here's one I've been working on a little at the time. It took a while to get the bottom just right so it would sit up with the stem in it. It was a fun pipe to make. I learn quite a bit on it. During this pipe I got some small files and this one was the first that I did a lot of hand filing on instead of using the dremel bits as much. I think I like hand filing better. The one I'm working on now I'm doing almost entirely with files. As always thanks fer looking.

I'm not a Churchwarden guy at all, but that crazy birdseye on the top of the bowl is mesmerising!

cheers,

Quite daunting doing a Churchwarden isn't it, can't seem to escape the way the long stem seems to build up expectation towards the stummel, well I found that any way. You did a grand job right there, the stummel is superb and the grain is breath taking, maybe a slightly gentler curve in the stem would improve the flow to some degree but Acrylic is tricky stuff isn't it and if your workshop is as cold as my shed right now you'll have the same problem I have with getting the curve right before the heat dissipates. Gotta say it Buddy, this is one gorgeous pipe, you should feel good about it and especially as it is your first one, wish my first attempt had turned out as well, bravo. cheers cheers cheers
