Hey guys. Well, I just finished this pipe today and thought I would show it off a bit. I do not believe that I'm a high grade guy. I do not think this is a perfect pipe. My hope is that each pipe gets a little better. I welcome any questions or constructive criticism. Thanks for looking.

I think you did really well. Love the birdseye on the rim!

Cheers,

You made the pipe so maybe you know where the imperfections are. Me? I don't see any. Fine looking pipe.  Smile

Superb workmanship brother! Killer grain, excellent staining, the shape is spot on. The only thing I see that might displease someone are a few sandpits. Personally I like that in a pipe as I feel it's part of the beauty of a natural product. Can't wait to see more of your work.

Thanks so much for the Comments guys. The biggest frustration with pipe making is that you never know when those pesky pits are going to show up. Awh well. I still like it.

If I were capable of making a pipe that nice, I'd be smoking it right this second ... nice work, sir ... nice work.

Great job, especially for an initial pipe. The grain is so very lovely.

Doesn't matter how well you make them Buddy, 'you' will never be happy with how they turn out, from what I can tell in the photo's there are no file marks evident, the finish is wonderful, the shaping works, anything else that you might not be totally happy with you can work on over time, you're on the right path chap, enjoy the journey. cheers sunny
