So this morning the postman brought me my package from Missouri Meerschaum containing ten smokable seconds. Lovely pipes that you can't beat for the price
I had been waiting to get these before cracking my tin of EMP, so I loaded up what I believe is a Mizzou fired it up and wow! What can I say? I'm not sure if it's the tobacco or the pipe, but this was one of the most sublime smoking experiences that I've ever had. The smoke was soft and creamy, as well as a little sweet. My only complaint is that is didn't last long enough
Oh well, I'll just have to bust out the General tonight!

EMP was the first tobacco I "got" when I began with pipes way back when. Great stuff!

I love EMP. I'd bet the cob is adding a bit of it's sweetness to it as well. Sounds like a nice smoke all around.

I regret not trying EMP earlier, really nice tobacco. I recommended it to all my buddies who are interested in smoking pipe.

EMP is generally my first bowl or two of the day. Never tried it in a cob, add another thing to the to do list!

Question = EMP or Cob responsible for the sublime smoke?
Answer = Both.
