These are 2 pipes from a commission recently completed for Shane, both were made for special reasons which I can't go into just yet but Shane wanted me to post about them on BoB so here they are.

Very nice Kirk - has the top one got an extra large bowl?

Splendid work as always Kirk. That first one sure looks like the chamber is extra large, pot-style. Perhaps as large as say 1" diam?

Shane will be well pleased!

 Cool

Cheers,

RR

Thanks chaps, yes #2 has a 1" bowl and is intended as a Pot style pipe just with a little BSP twist of course, the stem was the real challenge, really not easy doing that sort of work with files and man did it ever make my hands ache, worth it though.  sunny

Looks like you could hide a whole regiment in that bowl Kirk! They look absolutely amazing as usual. I'm sure Shane will be quite happy with these.

I've actually got a third pipe, a bulldog coming also. I may have other plans for these two but we shall see when they all arrive. For anyone who hasn't had the pleasure of working with Kirk, I highly encourage it. He's a wonderful person with great skill. He puts a lot of love and passion into his pipes. Keep up the awesome work brother.

Yup, another couple of stunners from the BSP stable. Careful you don't fall into the #2 Shane, that's a large looking bowl!  Wink

As always. Kirk knocks it out of the park.  Two gorgeous pipes...lucky Shane.
