The ol' spreadsheet tells me I have 125 tins of Escudo in the closet. It is the blend above all others that I would not want to live without in case of the Tobaccopocalypse. I also have large quantities of my GH favorites, F&T Cut Blended Plug, and PS Luxury Navy Flake. Doomsday prepping, pipe-smoker style.

Needless to say, I'm not buying in quantity anymore. Cool

125 tins of Escudo?

Holy jumpin' Christopher Cross!!!!!!!

Is Escudo sold in any size larger than the 50 gram tins? If not, I wonder why.

It's odd.
Escudo is terrific tobacco, moderately priced and readily available.

So what's your story Esoterica?

I found this on the Dutch Pipe Smoker's website and thought you Escudo afficianado's might like the info. I'm sure Ron's familiar with it but some of the other bro's might find it interesting.  Twisted Evil  Twisted Evil

All except that Escudo and DDNR are NOT the same but, if you wish to think so that's fine.
You can purchase all the DDNR you want and that'll leave more Escudo for me. Escudo - Page 2 Cheesy12

I've tried Escudo and DDNR and the Escudo tastes sweeter to me. I like them both and wouldn't mind at all substituting DDNR for my Escudo needs. Hopefully that situation never has to happen.
