Which lakelands have the best room note? It can't tell since I'm always smoking alone. Once I was smoking Commonwealth and two little kids walked by and one said "someone's having a BBQ". So commonwealth has a nice note. I'd expect grousemoor to smell like lemons but I don't think it comes across in the smoke. Top black cherry taste fantastic but I've smoked it around a girl and she said it smells weird.what do you think? How does ennerdale smell?

Good question but I do most of my smoking outside and alone. I wonder how Grasmere would strike a bystander.

I don't know, but my wife thinks Ennerdale smells like Play-Doh for some reason.

Does the "soap" comes across in the room note?

While it may be the power of suggestion, I do believe there is a hint of rone under Grasmere's VA smoke, and a bit stronger hint of almonds in Ennerdale, but alas I have no outside verification of either

My wife made some faces when I was smoking Condor - so not so good.

For Best Brown # 2, she didn't say a thing, nor made faces.

For 1792 and Bracken Flake, the faces were back.

When I smoked Peterson's Hyde Park, she did not whisper a word. That's good.

About Ennerdale, she said she really liked the roomnote. Good, 'cause I really like the tobacco.

My wife thinks GH & Co.'s Grasmere is the best smelling tobacco I smoke. She says sometimes she gets a whiff of roses. Smile
