A great evening deserves a great pairing.......

After supper, went outside and realized how cool it was. (Under 75 degrees). Put on a nice long sleeved shirt, and gathered together the following for a nice sunset show.........

Home made goat milk ice cream with honey, fresh ground vanilla bean, peanut butter and baker's chocolate shavings.

Watney's Cream stout, room temp...

C&D Night Train, big maple bowl, 22 inch stem....

32 ounce tall ice water to regain clarity on occasion.........

Autumn is in the air..... Can hardly wait for the changing of the leaves......

Watney's Cream Stout is fantastic. I wish there were more milk and cream style stouts on the market.

Stone makes a wonderful coffee milk stout..

Sounds like bliss! I am definitely ready for some cool weather bourbon sipping and pipe smoking myself!
