Having just smoked this for the first time I thought I'd share my impressions. This is very full English with pronounced but not overwhelming Latakia. The flavor is earthy, very much like dark rich loam. Hint of brightness from the Virginias peek through, with the Turkish rounding it out and somewhat mellowing the smoke. The finish is smoother than I'd expect for this robust an English blend. The nicotine is there, but not overpowering, which Jim pointed out in his review. I'd have to agree, but I have a high tolerance. It was to Jim that I owe a debt for turning me on to this tobacco. This is going to find a regular place in my rotation.
