Looks good arky. How many hives, and what's their main food source? I've had many different varietals, and all are great. Nothing like fresh unfiltered honey.

This is mostly goldenrod and so.e Sunflower but wild flowers mixed in

The wildflower honey I'm familiar with is darkish, full bodied, and complex. One of my faves.
