Not compared to "no plumbing." I always figured a good plumber earns his pay, even after one robs me. I use the term loosely. My father used to hire a retired plumber who could no longer work--but he could tell my father what to do as he watched and directed. Worked out for both of them.

That reminds me: what ever happened to Plumbernater?
