Which I started many months ago. My Dads old micrometer was used often to get the panels the way I wanted and to finish the flow into the shank. The stem is hand cut Ebonite. Allot of hand sanding of the briar and stem.  I do need to open the draft hole a bit more so a pipe cleaner passes thru easier. The piece of briar I used was over 75 years old from Algeria. The pipe looks even better in hand. Sorry, not the best quality pictures taken with my iPad.

The band was made from a piece of copper I had. It's highly polished. Looks like brass doesn't it. Thanks for all of your compliments.
