been workimg bees today getting them ready for the cold. trying to get mites and hive beetles down to a manageable number and makeimg sure queen is laying good healthy brood. i did find a few more hive beetles than i prefer or like to see but i got my beetle trap filled with old cooking oil and the bees do the rest might treat with a organic beetle killer nut idk yet. i love bees.

Sounds interesting!! Do you and your wife make honey? If you grow enough crops and make your own honey why not a small farm stand?

i sell it for 20 dollars a quart i ki da got the hives as a personal investment. its more for me to get off sugar and onto a better sweetner. honey dose not spike blood sugar or case symptoms if your diabetic also it wont cause diabitas.

Nothing better than home produced honey, with all the goodness left in it and not filtered and pasteurized. All natural. We have a few apiaries around here and I'd rather buy from them any day.

yes i huat cleaned a ton out of the hive day or so ago. i isualy use it as a antibiotic for wounds.
