PostSubject: Moving again   Fri May 11, 2018 9:06 pm

Big news,

My brother, mum and I have decided to do a spot of household consolidation as it was the right time in all our lives to do it. We've purchased a house large enough for us all in the mountains West of Sydney which is an area we all love.

My son will be coming with me, which is great as he needs space from my ex's current beau and my daughter will join us at the end of the year.

Plenty of land around the house for gardens etc. with a pool and chook run for fresh eggs too. And an outdoor pizza oven which will be getting a flogging cooking roast lamb, pork and chook.

Looking forward to entertaining any and all of you who may make it down under.

Pics when we finally move in, in a couple of months.

Cheers

Tim

Thanks gents, that's the main part of the plan for me Wiz, no more renting. And yes moving sux but I intend this to be my last move for a long, long time. It's also a fresh start for both my kids and I, getting us out of our varying ruts.

Cheers all

All, we took posession yesterday of our new home and I move in on Thursday. Perfect timing as it is school holidays here at the moment so switching schools should be a breeze hopefully.

Will post pics once settled in. Found out we've inherited a German cold smoker which will also be coping a flogging when I figure out how to use it. pig

Cheers

Nah we are all pretty introverted so stay out of each others way for the most part.

Wow that was a busy week, moved in last Thursday and glad I got removalists to do the job, wasn't cheap but saved my back. Boxes everywhere still and vaguely managed chaos everywhere. Will post pics once we're settled in.

Cheers

Tim, I'll be going through this same thing shortly.

Good to know you have everything at hand and thanks to the removalists it has saved your back. I'll be doing likewise.

Chaos reigns for the initial period, but it will soon settle into a routine once you are unpacked. That's my mantra going forward.....

Wink

Cheers,

RR
