If you’re feeling down and low
I know just the place to go.
Get to DQ ...drive or fly,
And get a Blizzard...Pumpkin Pie!

Oh Mama, are those things good. Topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with nutmeg. There’s real pumpkin pie in there plus chunks of pie crust. How can it possibly be a lousy day with that kind of thing goin’ on.

cheers  cheers  cheers

Sweet tooth? Whaddaya mean sweet tooth? I just like my dessert that’s all.

Oh absolutely. I do every now and again. Keeps things interesting. But I’m still on track. The small size has 601 calories. I can just call it a lunch and it fits perfectly. Total allowance per day is 1600 - 1800. Breakfast is usually about 300. Then add a snack...Carry the 2...um, see? It all works out.

Just giving you a soft time. Nowt like a bit of razz among mates, I say.

Wink

Yes, an occasional splash-out into what you fancy is always good to maintain balance. And it seems as though you have the overall picture well in hand.
Carry on....

Cheers,

RR

Danke Meister Dude!

You know...today WAS special. I pulled a pair of black Carhardt carpenter jeans out of my “old saved pants box” that are likely about ten years old. I never could get into ‘em. I had just folded ‘em up and put ‘em with the others I had gotten too wide for...over the years. But they slid on very easily this morning. Inspired, I then pulled a belt off a nail in my closet that had been sitting there the same length of time...and it’s now got two holes past the one the prong currently fits. Sweet!

I be stylin’ baby!

How many total carbs in that thing?

I want one. Can't have it though.

Carbs, of course, vary by size. I don’t do carbs, I do calories.

There are 4 sizes.

1. Mini Size 7.5 Oz (total carbs 58gm)
2. Small Size 12 Oz (this is my size = 600cal) (carbs = 92 gm)
3. Medium Size 15.5 Oz (770 cal/118;gm carbs)
4. Take Me Directly to the ER Size 20 Oz (1030 cal/158 gm carbs)

Here’s the Dairy Queen Pumpkin Pie Blizzard Nutrition Site...

Yeah...it’s like the Neutron Star of carbs. lol. But by counting calories instead of carbs I get to have a small one as a meal replacement. Since I already do a protein shake meal replacement thing it works fine...on rare occasions.

It sounds delicious! Unfortunately I think I'm about 70 miles from a DQ.  You can have mine, and I'll exercise it off for us! cheers

I hear you. I keep net carbs under 20 a day. Blizzards don't fit that profile.

Although, I heard a different version that started like this...
When the frost is on the pumpkin,
Then it's time for dickie dunkin!... Twisted Evil
