Broke down and grabbed a tin of Sam Gawith Best Brown Flake. Realized I've never tried it!

It's pretty good!

I just got some a month or so ago. Going to rock the boat a wee bit but I prefer it to FVF.

I've tried SG 1792 Flake, Brown Flake Licorice, and Best Brown #2, but never tried BBF. I wonder if any of the ones I've tried are similar?

It seems to be somewhere between Kendal Plug and FVF to my tastes. Or maybe a finer sliced Brown Sugar Lite.

GH Brown Flake #2 is often claimed to be very close to SG Best Brown Flake. They’re both excellent items.
