After being a Kaywoodie and Carter Hall type I decided to look into a little better pipes. Thats when I found this forum. The info has been great. I picked up my first "better" pipe today...a $75.00 GBD at a tinder box in New Orleans and I accidentally bought a Stanwell at another shop on the way there. Is this a symptom of PAD. I love the forum and thanks.

Once your pipes are broke in, they become your best freinds. The buyer's remorse disapears and you'll be out buying more pipes.

Oh and welcome briar brother.

Welcome to the BoB. Yep you have PAD and it is not curable. Symptoms can be temporarily relieved by a new pipe but atlas it is very temporary. Laughing

Welcome aboard!

You might have PAD, but you won't be sure until you buy a few more pipes... just in the interest of science, of course. Cool
