To be fair, this was the down payment on a batch of pipes Piet gave me from his collection. Suffice to say that I now have the largest collection of Pietenpauws around. Further repayment instalments to follow. Binsbergen is one crazy guy. Good crazy but crazy!

A whole pound of a great Virginia that you can't get on the market today?!? Very classy move, Muddler.

Out of curiosity, being from a country that is strongly influenced by both British and Dutch cultures, in every day use, do you use pounds or half kilos? Just curious.

Hey Piet.. You made me think of a happy thought. So I will share it with the Brothers.. When we feel joy in our hearts and minds we do not think of other worries we can't change.. We go into that little child we all felt at a date long ago.. I can see your heart Piet.. Its big.. Muddler is like a best friend when you were small and the world was full of excitement.. That first laugh where you could not catch your breath.. Laughing just to laugh.. This is a picture captured of my First and oldest Grandson Blake.. It brought back that moment to me reading here tonight.. Here is the little guy with such joy inside you Piet.. Never let it die my friend..
Chuck.. cheers cheers cheers

Nothing like the subtle sound of a fly line tossing back in forth with the sound of moving water and the soft draw of a good pipe and that inner joy when you hook a nice fish.. I can see you there Piet.. Enjoy this day...
