After reading a lot of the posts and the problems Admin was having with pm's
Maybe you could find a couple members that have been here for a while and ask them to be them moderators
To keep track of the board and to issue warnings and give help to the newer members

That way admin would be free to do other things
This works on many forums very well

Thanks Dave but we already have a very similar method in place as the one you describe. We actually have five active moderators here now....
