I've ordered from them, too, always with great satisfaction. They once sent me a free tin of some GLP product along with an order, tho I don't remember now what it was.
They not only HAD a tin of Renaissance, but they GAVE it to you? How wonderful! I guess it's time to order from them again.
My first Westminster was a bit damp, but not the soggy mess I've heard that it was in some cases. It's one of my favorites. My first tin of Maltese FAlcon was like that; a soggy, oily mess that burned my mouth badly even tho I dried it for a while. I still haven't gotten over it. But I will. I'm just gonna let it age till the bad memory fades (which won't take long, in my case), then I'll go at it again.
