| WHAT A GAME!!! WOO!! Good stuff, I went to the bathroom an missed the winning goal...DOH! saw the replays though
Slow Puffs, I don't know why Ron Wilson is so hated, he was the sharks best coast, he made them good but he just couldn't make them great. He really sucked as a coach in the post season. I figured he wouldn't go to the Maple Leafs cause well, they're not that great...if Taskala is still there then he'll have a buddy there I guess heh
One of the big things that ticked off fans with Ron was a quote he made about mid-season or a lil later, he was asked if they're going to win the cup this year and basically said maybe we'll see, and if they don't he's content with his family and granddaughter, he doesn't need a cup.......um HELLOOOO you're a friggin coach man, the fans want it, the players want it...you gotta get out there an say I WANT THAT FRICKIN CUP! lol _________________ Tobacco Pictures http://s118.photobucket.com/albums/o102/WJUStudent/Tobacco/

| No pee breaks allowed in overtime
Overtimes are always exciting, especially with the cup on the line. The longer it went, the better I was feeling about the Penguins...
Now back to Pittsburg.
One of the reasons that I pick-up why the reporters don't like Ron Wilson is that he won't give a good interview and dislikes reporters. So that would do it. If he's in Toronto, the microphone will be in his face all the time. The stage if already set by the reporters saying if Wilson is the coach the Leafs won't make the playoffs again. Personally, I don't mind that . |

| Hope you took your blood pressure meds! Tonight should be the ultimate battle. Game 5 was unbelievable. Tonight should top it. You'll need an extra large bowl if Game 5 is any indication of how tonight should go.
Enjoy,

| Not the best game I've seen, it would have been better without that last goal by detroit. Welp, here's to a better season next year for all the teams...especially my Sharks _________________ Tobacco Pictures http://s118.photobucket.com/albums/o102/WJUStudent/Tobacco/

| Johnny,
Two goals... 2nd goal Fleury let the rebound shot between his pads
But definitely the 3rd goal... falling back and pushing the puck in your own net. What can you do? Bad luck, and unfortunately the winning goal. _________________ "Manny changing the attitude in the clubhouse. | Johnny, there is some mention that John Tortorella, recently fired from Florida, may go to the Sharks. He's a fireball. If he goes to the Sharks, plug your ears _________________ "Manny changing the attitude in the clubhouse. | Johnny, I missed this announcement yesterday. Looks like McLellan has a good pedigree and he is coming from agreat organization:
| Quote: | San Jose, CA (Sports Network) - The San Jose Sharks named former Detroit Red Wings assistant Todd McLellan their new head coach on Thursday.
McLellan, who was assistant to Red Wings coach Mike Babcock the past three years, was formally introduced as the seventh coach in San Jose history during a press conference at HP Pavilion. He agreed to a three-year deal with the Sharks.
"Todd McLellan has an excellent track record and has had success at every level of coaching in his career," said Wilson. "He comes from one of the top organizations in all of sports and has been exposed to some of the brightest hockey minds in the game including Jim Devallano, Ken Holland, Scotty Bowman, Steve Yzerman and Mike Babcock, along with Jacques Lemaire, to name just a few. We feel that Todd is an excellent fit for our hockey team."
Before joining the current Stanley Cup champion Red Wings, the 40-year-old McLellan spent four seasons as head coach of the Houston Aeros in the American Hockey League. He led the Aeros to the 2003 Calder Cup championship. The Aeros went 154-111-37-18 under his watch.
"It's a very good feeling," said McLellan in a statement released by the team Wednesday night. "From the first moment Doug called to the moment he offered the job, I felt comfortable. I think the Sharks have done a tremendous job. You don't get that close to 50 wins for a number of years in a row without a lot of talent. It's a matter of getting over the hump. There are some real parallels between the Wings and the Sharks."
McLellan replaces Ron Wilson, who was relieved of his duties after the Sharks bowed out in the second round of the playoffs. Ron Wilson piloted the Sharks to a 49-23-10 record in the 2007-2008 regular season. Though San Jose finished with the second-best mark in the Western Conference, the club fell in the conference semifinals to the Dallas Stars, the second consecutive year it has failed to win more than one playoff round.
A native of Melville, Saskatchewan, McLellan was drafted by the New York Islanders in 1986 and spent two seasons playing in the AHL with Springfield. He also played in five games for the Islanders during the 1987-88 season.

| Maybe they don't understand hockey... throughout the games the players are always cussing each other. During the broadcasts they have to be careful not to have a mike too close to the benches. Even at post game interviews, the language can be raw... _________________ "Manny changing the attitude in the clubhouse.
