I have been smoking Arcadia for a few years and I think I am ready for a somewhat stronger English tobacco. Any suggestions? Please advise.

Depending on how "strong" you want I would suggest Charles Fairmorns Lancers Slices or Black Bayou Mist. A couple others would be Star of the East or Old Ironsides. Of the four Lancers Slices is my favorite as it has a nice rich taste (at least to my taste buds).

I highly recommend Scott Bundy at www.piperestore.com for all of your pipe cleaning and restoration work.

If you want to stay in the McClelland family of tobaccos, try British Woods.

Try McC's Frog Morton series, #14, or Bombay Extra. Greg Pease's Westminster, Abingdon, or Maltese Falcon. C&D Da Vinci. CAO's Bill Bailey Balkan. Esoterica's Penzance or Margate. Just for starters!!!!!!! FTRPLT
