Would appreciate anyone telling me how to 'date' MacB tins. Fer instance, sitting here with a 3.5 of navy flake, has the usuall paper sticker on back with bar code, one digit out at each end of that, an eight digit number printed vertically off to rite, and a four digit next to that, all of which makes no sense to me. Of course, I am easily confused. scratch Thanks for any help.

Usually people use the tin design and other things like this. If it's the new logo then some boundaries with regard to date can be found from who is the distributor. If it's Swisher then the tin can be from mid-90s. Once I've gathered such kind of info but wasn't wise enough to save it. So, this would be my direction of digging.
