| as humble as it is... an unsmoked medico crest. I paid $13.64 this afternoon at a local antique mall.
Why this is special... I started out with medico's in the mid sixties. I talked to one dealer who had a booth and expressed my interest in pipes. He shared that the only thing he had related to pipes was a pipe rack in his car that he was keeping for myself. He said there were a couple of old pipes that had been smoked but he threw them out saying, "it'd be like smoking an old shoe".
I encourage him to keep them from now on an put them on display. The only pipe I saw was the medico..
