Finally got my hands on a MM Country Gent, with a bent stem. Trust me these pipes are harder to find here, than an honest politician. But I digress. I've been looking forward to trying a CG since I got bitten by my MMCC craze. So without further ado. I'm going to plug it with Century VC American Pipe. And maybe listen to Huck Finn on Audible.
Have a great day my friends.

Today is a very sad day, i went to feed my red eared turtles and i saw my Packy like this:

fNkgzVA.jpg

At first glance everything looked normal, i tried to feed her (plus the male the Sporilos) but she wouldn't move. This wasn't her behaviour, she was very energetic and standing still is the worst sign.
Her name was ''Packy'' (from the Pac-Man) because was very gluttonous and the latest 10 years was in our house. Was in a big aquarium, fresh water-filter-vitamins-heat lamp-a bridge for standing to dry etc and she was growing with no problems, no sign that was ill or had any issues. And now this? Why? This is not a hibernation, this is sudden Death!
This was her last photo, she looks like is watching me waiting for her morning shrimps. We buried her outside, now Sporilos is alone and makes circles inside the aquarium seeking for his girlfriend.

I tried to smoke Cornell & Diehl Seersucker and drink some coffee but i stopped, no mood.
So sorry Sid. Condolences on your loss.

Smoking a Pete Christmas professor with Lane RLP-6 and a quick k-cup. Rained pretty good here for about an hour or so earlier this morning, I felt the arthritis kicking up in my back so I took a 2 hour nap.The rain ended and so did the pain.Right now it`s a sunny 82 degrees here.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and a fun chat with an old friend, and am half way through this bowl of first release Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Lavazza Espresso, neat, is my drink. Got four estate pipes today as well as a KBV blend to beta test. KBV threw in three blends that I'm unfamiliar in regard to maker, but they look like micro-batch products.

Now smoking KBV Acadian Flek beta test in a 1980,1983 hall marked medium bend black sandblasted silver band Peterson Donegal 80S Bulldog with a black vulcanite p-lip saddle stem. This is the second Peterson that I bought. Haven't smoked this pipe in quite a long time, but it's perfect for my needs. Writing beta notes on this blend.

Enjoying a very nice evening at my local village pub with the Missus, a pint of ice cold larger, and my Henry Tongue plugged with St. Bruno.
So...Your "local" will let you smoke outside and the lager is "ice cold??" I need to get back over to the Mother Country and check this out!!!!! I thought both were outlawed in England!!!! FTRPLT

It's always hard to lose our pet friends. My condolences, Sid. FTRPLT

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, wild caught catfish and snow peas dinner with a big slice of Boston cream pie for dessert. I'm close to finishing this bowl of 2021 Watch City Simply Orange Virginia in a black sandblast medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY 4AB No. 182/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Watching the Cubs-Reds Field of Dreams game.

Hello All,
Today was a quiet workday so I was able to enjoy some “Aroma Therapy”. First tobacco was Peter Stokkebye’s Cube Cut in a Castello K31 Trademark. I always thought this was a blending tobacco, but it’s a great all day codger with good Vitamin N. Second tobacco was Mac Baren’s Burley London Blend in a Savinelli 320 Mega. Again, if you like Carter Hall this is a must try. Third tobacco was another bowl of PS Cube Cut in my Castello 11 Castello KKKK. It‘s even better in a bent apple nose warmer. The last tobacco of the evening was Three Nuns in a 2014 Peterson XL90 Ashford. Hope everyone has a nice evening.
