Watching "the commitments" for the umteenth time. I love this flick so much, if you like soul and blues you will love this flick even though ,sorry Irish people it is a bit hard with the accents but the music is amazing. I have bought all the sound tracks and albums of Andrew Strong, he is like the Aussie version of Jimmy Barnes  Get on it.

I know it is what movie you are watching but this is a documentary, wasn't sure where to post this was on the foxtel doco channel

Twenty-eight lost adventurers must fight for their lives after their only lifeline is destroyed in the most uninhabitable place on Earth: Antarctica

I really enjoyed it.

I just finished reading The Endurance, I’ll have to look this up.

We’re currently rewatching Sherlock, having just finished the entirety of The Hobbit, Lord of the Rings, and Rings of Power catalog.

I remember watching “Victory at Sea” about a million years ago on TV. So deep…so cold…so very very wet. So when I stumbled across a production of segments put together as a full movie, I couldn’t help but watch it on YouTube. Had the same feel now as I remember. Very interesting. And the music together with the outstanding narration are world class. (AND it’s a documentary!)

Watched "TRACKS" again amazing true story.
Dad was a good mate with robyns dad and went on many gold prospecting trips together. I remember playing with digity robyns dog when i was a kid before she went on the epic trip. Mark was a true big game hunter and was a Z force member.

This is on netfliks so politically incorrect but interesting and an insight to the Australian mind at the time.
Australian documentary filmed in 1966 for our immigrants, mainly focused on the our cherished Italians who have made a monumental positive difference to our great country.
