+1s on the afore mentioned Peretti blends: oriental #40, Tashkent, and Royal Blend. Also might want to try McConnell Oriental Blend, and Robert Lewis Orcilla mixture

Looks like an Alpha. They are the only Israeli brand I can think of. Also, there is a similar example of a similar finish below. Not sure if that is an original stem, or a replacement. Update: it looks like they did produce pipes with stems like yours, so I am gonna guess it's original
