I've watched a couple of his videos now too. It's quite relaxing and interesting to listen to him. I think that is a great intersection for pipe smoking. Often things that interest me get me excited and it is not relaxing.

What are these exercises/stretches you all are doing? My lower back is currently killing me from sleeping in a funny position and I cannot find the stretch to loosen it back up.
