Very smoky and delicious. Very hot but the flavor is extremely good rather than just being a scalding-hot pile of pain that I've experienced in other ultra hot hot sauces.
Normally I'd say nothing, but I've been favoring martinis lately and chomping down on olives while smoking is actually rather pleasant. I could see fruit like plums not being half bad either. But as a general rule, no eating while smoking.
I literally had a nightmare last night that involved the pictures of the moldy FVF posted in here. Terrifying.
Now I'm semi-nervous about my stash. It does dawn on me that a particular online vendor owns C&D which is known to have had fairly regular mold issues and I'm half wondering if that...
Just a tip, as that has happened to me once:
Select "offline billing" so you don't have to fill out a bunch of info. That way your order is saved and you can put your billing info in at leisure, or just call. Just having it in your cart doesn't mark an item as sold - selecting offline billing...
My grandfather carried one and so do I. I don't carry it all the time because a) I don't always need a knife and b) it's juuuuust big enough that it might be a little intimidating should I take it out in the office, but any time I'm in the woods it's with me.
