Paul, I believe you have mentioned the Road Town a couple of times. Are they decent pipes? Have a chance to pick up a brand new unsmoked one off ebay for $36. Private offer from seller. Nice looking bent bulldog. Worth it? Your .02 please. Thanks,
Yes ranger, I've been buying mine from the seller on Ebay. Over the past 3 months I picked up a number of them on auction and have found all of them have been good smokers and four of them have been outstanding, especially those that are straight or have a slight bend to them. However, one of the best ones is freeform Oom Paul!

The ones that I have active in my rotation are:
** A sandblasted Canadian "Goldie"
** A smooth freehand (Also gold). This one actually has some heft to it...
** A small black sandblasted billiard
** A smooth Poker (Also golden)

Send me a PM and I'll happily send you some photos.

I never paid more than $20.00 for these (prior to shipping).

Now, back on topic...

Enjoying a bowl of C&D Pasha's Dream in a Ropp Devil Anse with a brown horn stem. Cowboy Coffee on the side. It's delightfully calm right now...even still. Lovely.

Paul, thanks, pics not necessary. If you find them to be good I am sure I will also. Will counter the offer for $20 and see what happens. Thanks again for the advice.

Thanks Paul. Got two, a full bent pot and a quarter bent dublin, both rusticated. Hope they smoke as good as they look. Settled for $30 each. Not a bad deal if they smoke well.

Good morning to all. Sitting on the patio with some burley in a MM general contemplating. Thinking of all the things I am thankful for.and wishing all of you a happy and blessed Thanksgiving.

Wishing all my Brothers and Sisters of the Briar a Blessed Day of Thanks. Post meal with the immediate family, had a wonderful bowl of C&D Burley Flake #2 out on the patio accompanied with cool wind and a steaming mug of black Cowboy Coffee. Enjoy your day, folks!

A very peaceful day. Ending it up with some GLP Calro in my other Peterson. Tazo orange spice tea as a side.

Some of my “All sorts” English tonight in a forgotten Peterson Kinsale XL15. It is a balmy +1°C in Edmonton Canada. It is usually -18°C right now so I am seizing the warmth!
