Not far from finishing this bowl of year 2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Just posted my review of KBV Mr. Christian’s Flying Dutchman Flek at TR.

Not far from finishing this bowl of Missouri Meerschaum Company Independence Day 2022 Special Edition in a medium bend smooth paneled 2017 Celebi Turkish Meerschaum with a gold and black swirl acrylic tapered stem. Watching the White Sox-Guardians game. Lunch follows this smoke.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am passing the half way mark on this bowl of 2021 Watch City Simply Orange Virginia in a black sandblast medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY 4AB No. 182/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gevalia Columbian Coffee, neat, is my drink. Cleaning a few pipes.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, big porterhouse steak and baked potato dinner with a big scoop of double chocolate ice cream sprinkled with toast almond slices for dessert. I'm not far from finishing this bowl of year 1998 McClelland GKCPC Syrian Star in a 1960s Austrian meerschaum bent apple with a tapered yellow stem. In comparing this blend to the earlier PCCA version, I detected no differences. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Had a wonderful dinner of boneless chicken wings and leftover potato salad, with an oatmeal cookie for dessert. LOL. Relaxing on the patio with CS Shepherds Pie in a huge Bari Wiking freehand dublin. This pipe smokes great but weighs a ton. Not a clencher, gotta hold this one. Cloudy and thunder but no rain yet. Gnats are ferocious.

Glorious Sunday here in blighty, and I'm about to light up my afternoon smoke.
I can't tell you much about this pipe, I bought it as a job lot of old pipes, for a couple of quid, in a car boot sale.
(Garage sale) to my friends across the pond. It was in a bit of a mess. But after reaming the bowl, which it needed very badly. Resetting with the salt and alcohol, and cleaning the stem then polishing it with savinelli stem polish. It came up a treat, and smokes divinely. I can find no maker's mark on it anywhere. But I suspect it to be an older version of a Dr. Plumb.
I think older version because of the extremely poor state of the bowl, and and huge build up of cake. But mostly because the Briar bowl is superb, unlike Dr. Plumb pipes now, which use a lesser quality briar.
Anyway, history lesson over, I'm about to plug it with Thomas Radfords Sunday Fantasy. And light it up.
Have a great day my friends.

Nice looking pipe there mate.

Good morning,
Smoking a DePaja bent brandy with MB Scottish blend and a Pete`s dark k-cup, worked until 2 am last night, trying to be back at work by 11 am. Scored a really nice Design/Berlin on e-bay yesterday morning! I do not no much about D/B pipes, but it was in excellent condition & the price was reasonable. Seller claimed to have smoked it twice .Time will tell .

Enjoyed a tasty cheeseburger (one third of a pound of beef), and am half way through this bowl of year 2022 Peter Heinrichs Curly Cut in the first pipe Trever Talbot made when he went to France many years ago. It's a smooth straight Algerian briar Lumberman with a long shank and a black vulcanite saddle stem, unbranded. Haven't smoked it in a long time, but it is a great pipe! Lavazza Espresso, neat, is my drink. It's time for my weekly Sunday pipe zoom.
