Sid, what pipe? Looks very similar to my Don Carlos bent brandy.

Morning guys. A go to morning. Urban Cowboy in the Don Carlos 1/2 bent blasted dublin. Big mug of cowboy coffee. On the Zeno Marx scale a 10/10. Clear, 68, and quiet. Reminds me of a line in the song Mama's don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys. "Cowboys like smokey old pool rooms and clear mountain mornings", lol.

I smoked this new tobacco (Sutliff English Oriental 400341) yesterday in a tall narrow Viking briar bowl, and with all these types in the blend: Burley, Latakia, Oriental/Turkish, (St. James) Perique, Virginia; what I mostly tasted was the latakia, perique pepper on retrohale and maybe some burley. This am with 8 o'clock coffee at the end, I smoked it in this Lorenzo Spitfire Filtro sans filter hoping a more pot-like bowl would give more flavors. It did and there was to boot musty and a little floral from the Oriental, burley, more pepper and small amount of plum perique, and of course the latakia. Things got more interesting as the bowl progressed. Burned really good to ash. At $2.11 per ounce, I'm glad I got a 1/2 pound. Swede
