In memory of the late Joe Lankford, I am smoking one of his last creations: Seattle Pipe Club Hogshead plug in a medium bend, smooth brown 1950s Peterson 999 Dublin chubby Rhodesian with a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Eventually, two more Lankford SPC blends will come to market, one of which will be a VaPer. Watching the Braves-Marlins game.

Thanks to the generosity of Zippo I am enjoying a bowl of Condor RR in a Pete system. Very rich and flavorful. Unlike some reviewers I did not notice any soapiness and didn't get that much of a nic hit. Think I will try it in a meer next and probably dedicate a cob for it. Had a nice iced coffee with the first half bowl and now it's ice water and some bergs pilfered from Jim while he was out walking. Lol.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, porter house steak and mashed potatoes dinner with the rest of last night's oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert. I'm smoking aged Rattrays Hal O’ The Wynd in a straight smooth brown pre-WWII (Comoy’s) Corinthian De-Luxe 126 pot made for Sutliff in San Francisco with a black tapered vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Good morning everybody.
I'm sorry I was awol yesterday.
But I'm glad you all seemed to manage just fine without me 🤣.
Managed to drop and break one of my petersons yesterday. Luckily the bowl is just fine, but the p-lip I think is slightly damaged 😂😂. So I'm now on the hunt for a replacement.
Sorry Sturdy mate, but today feels like a Falcon day. So I think I'll use the Falcon International, fitted with a Meershaum bowl, and plug it with St. Bruno.
Have a great day everybody and be safe.
Zip,
You know that’s the Falcon I like. Sorry to see/hear about the Peterson stem issue.

OK first of my only smoke of the new Sav today, done and dusted. Its time to plug this Petersons Standard system with Hobbit weed, and chuff away as normal. I thought you might like to see my little corner of the house, where Mrs Z moves me to, then transfers me to a comfy armchair, and I'm allowed to smoke until my hearts content.
Have a great day my friends.
Zippo, That’s a nice looking smoking area! I like your pipe racks/cabinets.

Another KBV Golf Fore Glory! morning in this bent Viking with a tall bowl. I get really good, tasty, and slow smokes out of this with most anything. I am using the air pocket packing method and a hemp wick to light these days. That thin wick flame allows me to get right along the inner edge of the bowl to provide a wide ember.

That Hemp Wick looks like the firecrackers I used to set off as a kid. Throw it! Lol.

Good Afternoon friends. And welcome to MMCC Sunday. Going to plug this one with some Hobbit Weed, a gift from everyone's good buddy Ranger. Dang I love this stuff, and it is just made for a CC. Thanks again Ranger, your a superstar. Enjoy your ride buddy.

Dang I married a good un.
Mrs Z has just returned from a trip to the local village junk market, and bought me this rather splendid, and solid built oak pipe cabinet for 10 quid, about $12. Ain't it cool. I think I'll sand it down, and restain it in a dark oak then polish it up. It holds 18 pipes, just right for my collection of Meershaums.

67° and cloudy. British prince with HU Director's Cut. Thanks to the HU thread reminding me I still had some of this great tobacco. I don't know what HU does with this, but it is unique and fantastic. I think this is the old recipe though. I think I only have 3-4 bowls remaining.

Zippo,
That wife of yours treats you like royalty. I really like that old treasure. They make a stain color in the U.S. that is called Gun Stock. Its dark, but really shows off the grain pattern in oak. We need pictures when your finished. Good find Mrs. Zippo!
I sure will Sturdy, and cheers buddy

Smoked a bowl of year 2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style.

Just finished a set of walking reps and a bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in an undated straight brush etched black Molina apple with a nickel band and a black tapered vulcanite stem. Watching the Braves-Marlins game.
