Finished a bowl of Hobbits Weed and two mugs of coffee while holding Augie. Couldn't text earlier cause Augie was laying on my arm. Hard to smoke, drink coffee and text with one hand, lol. Took him for a walk with Molly. Poor boy is so skittish and timid everything scares him. Hope we can bring him around in time with lots of love and attention. Now it's Sutliff Crumble Kake in a Pete Xmas Milverton with my third mug of coffee. Greetings to all.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am just passing the half way mark on this bowl of first release Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Watching the Braves-Phillies game.

Now smoking Wilke No. 515 in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This was the blend Basil Rathbone smoked. Magnum Roastery Jamaican Blue Mountain, neat, is my drink.

Decided on a bowl of GLP Triple Play in the Lorenzo Spitfire, and got to try a new razor knife from SMKW. It's their brand Rough Ryder and shaving sharp with nice thin lockback stainless blade, and bone handle. Got to give them credit, as ordered for $9.99 Saturday and arrived today. Will become my new plug knife.

First time smoking Sutliff Aberrant (Signature Series) in a medium bend 2001 Ural lattice Rhodesian with a yellow with white swirls acrylic saddle stem. This Per George Jensen creation is due for release Oct. 14. Ice water and bergs is my drink as I work on a review of this blend.

Hello BoB,
I decided not to bore you guys the last couple days because all I have been smoking is Lane Limited Ready-Rubbed, Carter Hall, and PS Cubed Cut in two different MM Cobs. The cobs smoke well, but the draft hole tends to stop up with cube and rough cut tobacco. Problem being, the shank inside the bowl is shaped like a little scoop. Nothing a pipe cleaner won’t fix.

Had a little PAD issue the other day. Seemed like adopting a Republic of Ireland Peterson 314 was the right thing to do. The little thing smokes like a champ! (PS Luxury Twist/Navy Flake) Too bad briar doesn’t look like this on the new Petes!

Good morning BoBs. Enjoying some of Zippos favorite Hobbits Weed in a Bjarne bent billiard with morning coffee while bonding with our new doggie. Meet Augustas Aurelius Ceaser, aka Augie. He is a rescue from a puppy mill. Sweet boy but very timid. Plan to spoil the heck out of him.
Ranger, Glad that little fella went to a good home in the high desert!

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, steel head trout and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm just passing the quarter mark on this bowl of Sutliff Aberrant (Signature Series) in a 1960s Austrian meerschaum bent apple with a tapered yellow stem. Working on a review of this blend that I plan on posting tomorrow since it's due out on the 14th. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Watching the Yankees-Guardians game.

It's less boring when you post. We want to see the smokes, man.

Yep, we were a bit hesitant about getting a rescue dog, but he is proving to be a sweet little boy. Scared of everyone and everything but given his background I'm not surprised. But he is getting better every day, just going to take a while.
