Slept in again this am. Felt great. Now on the patio with Hobbits Weed in a Pete system B42 apple, morning coffee, and little Augie nestling in my lap. A sunny 50 on the patio.

Weather turned a bit more fishing friendly; made it out with my SH Hudson and a bag of Half & Half...

Continuing my with my Sav rotation. Now plugging an Oscar Tiger bulldog. (sounds like a call sign lol). With Garwith American coffee and caramel. With a large cappuccino on the side.

About a third of a bowl left of year 2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style.

Hobbit weed in my Savinelli Long John. Now that's a good combo of tobacco and pipe working in harmony.

I'll be smoking an MM Pride raw cob all day, as it a cool sunny day good for working outside, and I'm off work. First was Dunhill Elizabethan Mixture, now Sutliff Edgeworth Ready Rubbed. Scheming on the next bowl, and somewhat settled on PS Luxury Navy Flake. I've just placed an order with 4noggins, and will shoring up my 4 month old supply. Getting some Peterson 3P, Whiteknight, and two kinds of straight Virginia, Sutliff 507-C and 515-RC, so I can get a better idea about just ginnys.

Sturdy, actually I have 2 and they are both good smokers. One I bought new with fishtail bit, the other acquired from fellow BoB Brunello with Plip. Didn't care for the Plip so dremmeled it out to make it a straight stem. Like both of them.

Finished the Hobbits Weed. Now on to my fav CH in a MM general cob with my 3rd mug of coffee.

Smoking a Bari Wiking freehand with Lane buttered rum and a decaf k-cup. Short day at work,which was great because I was in slow motion all day with my back hurting.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am just passing the half way mark on this bowl of year 2014 Sutliff 1849 in a medium bend smooth dark brown 1968 Barling 5631 London England TVF billiard silver spigot with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Magnum Roastery Jamaican Blue Mountain, neat, is my drink.

Luxury Navy Flake time on a nearby trail. Trying to get in the most of the remaining leaf color this year. The PS LNF is excellent and I give it a Zeno 8 out of 10.

Sturdy, I got the Middleton`s cherry from a guy that stored it a couple of years, I think it`s mellowed some, LOL!
I just have to smoke it a bit slower than usual otherwise it will bite me hard. I have been making an effort to try some different blends...

EZ, That Cherry Blend smelled great, but I still remember that it bit like a Great White. I haven't gotten near it in years and don't plan to again. I'll stick with my English blends!

Here in SC we haven't really gotten going on the Fall colors yet. Those pics want me to take a trip up to NC mountains for a day or two just for the beauty of it all.

I have three Peterson pipe, and two are p-lipped. I can't say as I smoke them often, since I prefer fishtails. How did you use your Dremel tool to modify the bit? I have one, too, but I'm afraid I would totally ruin the job.
